Register Your Organization in the IntoAccess Portal

Paxton will soon release Net2 version 7. As communicated earlier, this new version introduces changes that affect the additional IntoAccess software modules.

Our new, fully Net2 v7–compatible IntoAccess software is currently in development and expected to be available in early 2026.

Until then, your current IntoAccess software will continue to operate normally on Net2 v6.9, and no changes are required on your end.

What you can do now: register your organization in the new IntoAccess Portal.

The portal is now open for registration, allowing you to transition smoothly once the new software becomes available.

Why register?

Registration ensures that you are fully prepared when the new software versions are launched. In the portal, you will soon be able to:

• View and manage all your licenses in one place.
• Upgrade licenses as soon as the new software is released.
• Access downloads and documentation directly.
• Receive notifications about expirations, compatibility, and updates.

You can register today. Upgrades will only become active once the new software is available.

What does registration involve?

Registering takes just a few minutes. You can:

• Register your organization as an end user or installer.
• • Create your first user account.
• Optionally add additional colleagues as users.
• • Optionally register your organization as an installer , so you can centrally manage licenses for multiple customers.

After registering, your portal account remains active, but nothing changes in your current installation. A software upgrade is only needed if you decide to move to Net2 v7 in the future.

What happens once the new software is ready?

When the new Net2 v7–compatible software is released:

• You will receive an email with all steps for the optional license upgrade.
• The portal will automatically show which licenses are eligible for renewal.
• You will be able to download the software and license files directly.

Until then, you can continue working safely on Net2 v6.9 without any risk.

Transition arrangement for existing installations

Existing licenses remain valid on Net2 v6.9.
Only if you choose to upgrade to Net2 v7 will a software update and the renewed licensing model apply.
For custom-developed software, adjustments will be carried out on a quoted basis once requests open.

Wanneer komt de nieuwe versie beschikbaar?
De nieuwe IntoAccess-software, compatibel met Net2 v7, is naar verwachting begin 2026 beschikbaar. Zodra de nieuwe versies gereed zijn, zullen wij daar een nieuwsbrief over versturen.
Moet ik nu al iets doen?
Nee. Zolang u Net2 v6.9 gebruikt, hoeft u niets te doen en blijft uw systeem veilig en stabiel werken. Alleen wanneer u in de toekomst besluit om Net2 v7 te gaan gebruiken, is ook een upgrade van de IntoAccess-software nodig, anders niet.
Wat is het IntoAccess-portaal?
Het IntoAccess-portaal is de beveiligde online omgeving van IntoAccess waar klanten en installateurs hun licenties kunnen aanschaffen, beheren, upgraden en downloaden. Het portaal gaat naar verwachting nog dit jaar open voor registratie. Zodra de nieuwe IntoAccess-software, compatibel met Net2 v7, beschikbaar is, wordt het portaal volledig actief. Wij zullen daar een nieuwsbrief over versturen.
Wat kost de upgrade?
Zolang u op Net2 v6.9 blijft, verandert er niets aan uw huidige licentie of kosten. Pas als u overstapt naar Net2 v7, is ook een upgrade van de IntoAccess-software nodig. De nieuwe versie van de software zal werken met een nieuwe licentiemodel. Wanneer u besluit over te stappen naar Net2 v7, en gebruik wil blijven maken van IntoAccess betaalt u voor de upgrade de jaarlijkse verlengingsfee (10% van de licentieprijs). Voor maatwerksoftware geldt dat aanpassingen in 2026 op offertebasis worden uitgevoerd.
Wat gebeurt er als ik nu toch al overstap naar Net2 v7?
Als u nu toch al naar Net2 v7 upgrade zal integratie met de IntoAccess-software stoppen met werken. Wij verwachten dat Paxton een mogelijkheid zal bieden voor een rollback naar Net2 v6.9. Neem in dat geval contact op met onze supportafdeling.
