The Net2CSVSyncServer application, synchronizes your Net2 system with a CSV file that is either made accessible on the local hard disk on on a network drive. This makes it possible, after the initial configuration, to maintain the users in another system (like an HRMS) from where Net2 can be kept in sync by making (automated) CSV file exports.
The Net2CSVSyncServer comes in two flavours:
- Professional Net2CSVSyncServer - unlimited users and doors, allowing a single access level per user.
- Ultimate Net2CSVSyncServer - unlimited users and doors, allowing advanced/combined access levels.
Characteristics
- Reads user records from a CSV file in a local folder or on a network drive;
- Offers the possibility to synchronize nearly all Net2 user fields from CSV column data;
- Offers the possibility to synchronize card numbers, pin codes and licence plates from CSV column data;
- Supports multiple card numbers, licence plates and one pin code per user;
- Mifare CSN and Desfire CSN cards are automatically converted to the correct card number in Net2;
- Access rights are determined by linking an access level (Pro) or access levels (Ultimate) to a role name column value;
- Net2 users that are not created by the sync application, will be ignored;
- Users that are removed from the CSV will (optionally) also be removed from Net2 or (optionally) be moved to a special department;
- Offers the option to send email (error) notifications via SMTP;
