The following features have been added/enhanced in this new release:

Users who are disabled in the AD can now:

• Be removed from Net2.
  This is the default setting.
• Set to ‘not active’ in Net2.
  This option has the advantage that the usage history of the user will be retained.
  Users who are enabled again can optionally:
  Be made active again, or be replaced by a new user.
• Be placed in a separate Net2 department, with all access rights revoked.
• Be completely ignored.
  This option ensures that users with a disabled AD account remain fully active in Net2.

Users who no longer appear in the AD can now:

• Be removed from Net2.
  This is the default setting.
• Set to ‘not active’ in Net2. (See above for the benefits)
• Be placed in a separate Net2 department, with all access rights revoked.
  This may be a different department than the one used for disabled AD users.

In addition to the changes mentioned above, the ‘AD-Net2 Field Relation’ page of the Manager application has also been revisited.
